Western Riverside Council of Governments: Regional PACE Program

The Western Riverside Council of Governments’ (WRCOG) developed a regional-scale PACE program, which allows local governments in the Western Riverside region of California to finance and install solar.  The program has made energy efficiency improvements more affordable in the area.
